Lawns to Legumes Demonstration Neighborhood Interest Form - Anoka County

Partners in Anoka County MN, including the Anoka Conservation District and the cities of Fridley, Coon Rapids, Anoka, and Andover were recently awarded a Demonstration Neighborhood Grant through the Lawns to Legumes Program.

Now, we need your help! We are seeking interested residents in the Mississippi and Rum River Corridor pictured below who would like to be part of a Demonstration Neighborhood and install pollinator habitat in your front yard.

Landowner interest and involvement in this program is critical to its success. Landowners will receive training, $750 in cost share funds, design and installation assistance, and ongoing coaching.

If you are interested in your property being included in the Anoka County Demonstration Neighborhood, please fill out your information below. NOTE: Entering your information below is NOT a guarantee that your property will be chosen as part of the Anoka County Demonstration Neighborhood. DEADLINE: The deadline to indicate your interest via this form is May 4th, 2020 at 11:59pm.

You will be contacted in Spring of 2020 if we are interested in including your property in the Demonstration Neighborhood.
