Welcome to Federation of Families' Restorative Yin Yoga!

This Yin Yoga practice can help you move from a busy, maybe even stressed day to a more peaceful and calmer state.  Yin Yoga introduces many poses and deep stretches that bring about harmony and stillness that allow the body and mind to settle for the day.
