We meet as an Executive Board once monthly, and hold quarterly general meetings for the public through the school year (these meetings are instead of, not in addition to our monthly board meetings). 

Time commitments vary depending on position, however you can expect to spend about 5-10 hours per month on PTO business, with some months requiring more and others requiring less. 

It is helpful if you have some availability during the school day as we have events during these times, but this is not a requirement. 

We try to have at least one or two summer planning meetings to ensure a smooth start to the school year.
