Coaching Session Registration - Ethan
Please fill out this form in this entirety to schedule a coaching appointment with Ethan Oring. Payment can either be card, PayPal, Venmo or Cash. The coaching fee does not include the track rental, kart rental, equipment rental or pit passes. Competition kart coaching sessions will be charged per day. Rental kart and Simulator coaching sessions will be per hour. We will contact you shortly after your form submission.

**NOTICE** Competition Kart Coaching fee does not include track day passes for the Student or Coach.
If Lead-Follow is selected, a $100 maintenance fee will be added to cover fuel, tires and wear.
