Welcome the 2021-2023 CAPP Co-Chair Kick-off Conference! Our conference will happen over the course of two days, Monday, August 16th and Tuesday, August 17th, 2021 from 9am to 12pm each day. We will meet virtually for this conference. However, we hope to have future planning meetings, local workshops and the Winter & Spring Conferences in-person!!!

This conference will be our first time to meet each other, network with other CAPP cohort sites, create synergy amongst your CAPP team and kick- off our two year program!  
 
*All Co-Chairs are required to attend this kick-off conference. CAPP district liaisons are encouraged to attend this two day meeting as well.
