​This year is going to be even more amazing than last year, the vegan movement continues to grow and plant-based foods are more abundant then ever! VegFest Kelowna 2020 will have fantastic vendors, engaging speakers, informative workshops, live musicians, lots of fun activities, kids crafts and delicious food!

If your application is accepted, we will ask you to do the following by [updated deadline TBD]:

1) Make payment via e-transfer to vendors.vegfestkelowna@gmail.com
2) The following documents scanned and emailed to vendors.vegfestkelowna@gmail.com:
- Proof of insurance
- Interior Health Temporary Food Permit as required (if applicable)  
- Permit to Operate (food trucks only)
