This application is for ALL YEAR. You can apply for 1 month- 6 months.  If you apply for 6 months you will receive a 299L discount off your total payment (price for 1 machine as a thank you)  You may mix regular and sponsor rounds through out the year. Payment is due for full amount by the last day of the month. If you apply for 6 months, all 6 months is due at one time. If you need to work out an extension, contact Allie Munro via note card.

FEES -REGULAR- $299L/machine-2 machines max AND SPONSOR- $1000L/ option to purchase up to 2 additional machines.
