Use this form to begin reserving the OUTDOOR PAVILION for your event. Once you complete and submit the form, we'll:
* Confirm the availability of the Pavilion for your date
* Calculate the fees
* Send you a secure link to make your payment online (or discuss other payment options)
* Confirm the reservation once payment is received
Please note:
The Base Pavilion Rental Fee is $575 for a Non-Member, and $475 for a Member. Each includes 1 bartender for up to 5 hours, and clean up
Due to liability and license restrictions, NO alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought onto or permitted to leave our premises. Any alcoholic beverages purchased in the clubhouse must be consumed there. Any person caught in violation of this policy will be expelled from the Club grounds immediately. We have a seasonal beer, wine and malt license and will provide a cash bar service at the pavilion. You can get a list of beverages available and request any you would like.
Pavilion Bar Service Is Available - Monday-Saturday 8:00 AM -- 10:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 noon – 10:00 PM. One bartender included for 5 hours (minimum). $12.00/hr per bartender after 5 hours.. Beverage prices are the same as in the Clubhouse. ABSOLUTELY NO KEGS SOLD. An 18% gratuity will be added to all bar tabs.
The Kitchen in the Clubhouse may be used for an additional $25 fee if not already being used. The BBQ grills are available in the pavilion.
Payment in full secures your booking. This fee is non-refundable. If you cancel and we can re-book your date, we will refund your fee minus a $100.00 service fee. If we cannot re-book the date, there will be no refund.
Renter is Responsible for:- Police coverage (for events open to the public...as required by the Town of Ludlow). Proof of coverage must be submitted to the LFGC prior to your event.
- Clean up and removal of any cooking materials, etc used at the BBQ grill.
- For any damages and missing materials caused by anyone attending the function, renter agrees to make restitution for any such losses/damages.
Other Conditions:- Park in designated areas only – NO speeding, NO ATVS.
- Do not enter hazardous areas (skeet, archery, ponds, etc).
- Ludlow Fish & Game Club disclaims any responsibility for loss or theft of personal articles or personal injury.
Sponsoring Member: If you are not a Member, you must list the name of a Member - we refer to this person as the "Sponsoring Member".
Note: Please consider your bartenders when serving food to your guests, it’s much appreciated!
