Our 20 Under 20 Awards is an annual celebration & publication that highlights Charlotte's most influential young leaders between the ages of 14-19. The Dean's List will recognize the personal, professional and philanthropic achievements of trailblazers under the age of 20.

As a Charlotte-based digital branding and career consulting company, The Dean's List has now helped over 200 clients enhance their online presence and find their dreams jobs. A portion of all profits go to Habitat Aid Initiative, a nonprofit which builds sustainable communities and girls schools in the Western Kenya area.
