D.R.A.C.- is a process systematically tracking, reflecting and applying ways to increase your effectiveness in conversations.

Rate your empathy, wisdom, and authenticity (support your rating).  The rating scale is what you determine (1-10, Great - Not Great, Felt Good - Felt Bad), so not need to invest to much energy into it.  What you what to track is which areas you feel strong in and the areas you can grow in.  Then you want to support your rating.
