Comfort Bag Form
Comfort Bags are backpacks with essential items intended to help provide provisions while a veteran is awaiting housing or is not yet ready for housing. Clothing, toiletries, small food items and a contact to the local Legion branch are included. At this time, this program is only open to veterans (those who served with the Canadian Armed Forces or the RCMP).

Please complete this application to request a Comfort Bag or record one that has been given out (Legion Branches). If you have completed a paper copy, you do NOT need to complete this form.
