Thank you for your interest in a mobile team building event with Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank and/or Tidal Babe Period Bank!

Please fill out the mobile request form below. Once submitted, a member of our staff will contact you regarding your request. Please note - you *must* receive a confirmation and sign the mobile wrapping agreement before your group is considered booked. We require 10 people minimum to book a mobile event.

Does your event space have loading dock access? *

Where is your event space located? ie: are you located on a top floor accessed by an elevator? Are there any stairs we should be aware of?

We like to move pallets of diapers using a pallet jack and we also use carts with wheels, so understanding the pathway to your space ensures that we can adequately move product. *

Does your event space have wifi that our staff can access? *

We love to play our intro & training videos so your organization can learn more about us! Do you have access to a projector screen, laptop, or any other way to play videos?

No worries if you don't! We can provide that, if necessary. *

Are any volunteers under age 18? *

Yes

We need a few things to ensure your event is fun and successful. By checking each item, you are agreeing that your organization is able to make that accommodation. *

An acceptable space to host the event, including parking facilities and access for a box truck.

A minimum of 5 volunteers to assist with unloading, set-up, and re-loading the box truck.

Adequate tables on which to count, wrap, process or pack product (minimum 1 table per 2 volunteers).

Sufficient arrangements or volunteers to assist with clean-up of event site.

Time before the event for staff to look at space, loading/unloading areas, if necessary.
