• I DO NOT CONSENT for my art to be used for AI for generative or learning purposes.
• I DO NOT CONSENT my art being resold or used for any NFT services.

- ARTIST RIGHTS -
• I reserve the right to reject your commission if I feel that I am not confident to do justice to your vision.
• Unless deadlines are provided, I will respond to your commission inquiry at my convenience.
• If no deadlines are provided, you understand that I will progress the drawing at my own pace.
• I am experimental and work best with artistic liberties. You understand I will not replicate any other artists style or work. 

- PAYMENT -
• All orders are upfront in USD through PayPal.
• I WILL NOT WORK ON THE PIECE UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
• DO NOT send payment before I accept the commission.
• Once the commission is accepted, I will provide an invoice.
• Anything paid past the amount required in the invoice is considered as a tip.

- REFUNDS -
• You have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund after payment, before I start any work.
•  If I have cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
•  If you cancel after progress has been made, there will be NO refunds regardless of the completion stage.

- REPOST AND PRIVACY -
• I may use commissions to post on social media as promotional material unless the client wishes the commission to remain private.
• If you wish to have the commissioned work private, and to NOT have the artwork shared, there is an additional $15 fee.
• You are also free to post the commission with proper credit.

- WORKS IN PROGRESS -
• Work in Progress (WIP) for illustrations will be provided for all services unless noted otherwise.
• Full Color Illustrations can receive up to 2 revisions for free.
• Any MAJOR missed or additional details and changes requested in the near completion stage of final draft that may take longer to change, due to the clients lack of information and reference, will be charged an additional $15 fee per change.
• Unless provided a deadline, DO NOT RUSH. Commissions are exciting, but just like everyone else, life happens.
• Rushing will result in additional fees, regardless of whether there is a deadline, or an issued no-refund cancellation regardless of completion stage.

- REFERENCE MATERIAL -
• I am detail oriented so I will rely heavily on the references you provide, I will not change your characters design.
• Please provide a source to any important Character reference, detail, and material required in the commissioned work. This includes poses, palettes, relevant story information/context, etc. if you are particular. 
• If no reference material included in this inquiry, or the material isn't accessible (such as a private drive folder or weblink) the inquiry may be skipped or rejected.
