The undersigned certifies as follows:

I wish to take part in the Fun Run hosted by Heather Gonzalez.

I understand that the run is a physical activity.

I am physically fit. I understand my physical limitations and am sufficiently self-aware to stop physical activity before I become ill or injured.

I am aware that all streets adjoining the route are open to regular vehicular traffic.

I am aware no water stations exist on the routes.

I will obey all traffic laws and regulations.

I understand this is not an organized running event per the sanctions of the City or the Park & Recreation Board, rather this is a fun, informal gathering of walkers, joggers, runners and spectators solely for the purpose of enjoying various neighborhoods, various breweries, and various streets, parkways, roads, and avenues of the City.

I understand that any fees paid to Heather Gonzalez is to cover costs of my consumption of beer / soda provided, promotional items distributed, facilitated fun run warm-up, and non-profit donation. It is not a participation fee for a sanctioned running event.

I understand that by signing below, I am waiving my right to assert any claim or cause of action against Heather Gonzalez, Eastside Beer Week, Dubtown Brewing, Four Generals Brewing, Sustainable Renton, and anyone involved in this event in my exchange for taking part in an event by Heather Gonzalez.

I authorize the use of pictures taken during any event hosted by Heather Gonzalez for website, social media, marketing materials or press purposes. This authorization extends worldwide, in perpetuity.

I authorize that I can be included on informational / promotional emails, including those that notify me of the event I am registering for and those that are information in nature. I will always have the right to decline and/or unsubscribe to any emails.

Intending to be legally bound, I do hereby, for myself, and my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights or claims for damages which may have or which hereafter accrue to me against and all persons, organizations, and legal entities affiliated with Heather Gonzalez, and more particular to the directors of Heather Gonzalez individually, and as a whole, together with their representatives, officers, agents, successors, assigns, and sponsors, for any and all damages which may be sustained or suffered by me in conjunction with my participation in, and/or arising out of my travel to, taking part in, or returning from Heather Gonzalez.

I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release.
