Every life has been touched by Cancer in some way.  We would like to offer the opportunity for you to submit names from our SJA community to display in our tribute leading up to the Terry Fox Run on Sept 26.  It could be a family name, a survivor, someone who is currently battling Cancer or a loved one's name in memoriam. You are invited to complete the form below for as many different names as you would like (one name per entry).
