Treasurer - In charge of the organizations funds, Handles money at all events/activities, Gives the treasurer’s report at each meeting, Not required to hold funds, Assists advisor in keeping track of funds

Historian - Keep a record of the club's accomplishments and activities for the year, Collect items such as pictures and news clippings about the club and its members, Organize a scrapbook to tell the club's story for the year., Make the scrapbook meaningful to members and future members, Make the book compact but complete by including items only if they involve the club directly or members of the club.

Recruitment Director - responsible for helping secure the future of Teacher Cadet, Develop and facilitate a year-round recruitment program. Recruitment should not be limited to the few weeks designated for “scheduling.”, Maintain a current and up-to-date wish list of prospective members including important information such as name, year, address, phone number, and interests,Educate the chapter members on the methods of effective recruitment, Oversee all recruitment promotion of the Teacher Cadet, Approve all flyers, curriculum event posters, schedules, brochures, mailings, t-shirts, etc. These promotions should be in good taste, they will be representing you and the Teacher Cadet Program, At all events and activities, ensure that members are in attendance.
