2023-24 PTA Contact Information Release
Thank you for taking the time to provide your contact information to the Alston Ridge Elementary School PTA (Parent Teacher Association)! We want to help you stay connected to each other and to stay in-the-know about what's happening in your child's class and at the school. This release authorizes the PTA to (1) include your contact information in a Class Directory for your child's class. (This is helpful to coordinate interactions outside school such as playdates because teachers cannot manage personal items) AND/OR (2) to send you emails about upcoming events and important dates for your class and the school as a whole.

We do not publish or share your contact information with any outside sources. You may leave any fields that do not apply or that you do not wish to share blank.  Please fill this form out separately for each of your children!
