Please know that if you can fill this out at any time during the year, and we welcome your children to join our programs regardless of the timing of your registration. (AKA, don't let not having registered yet prevent you from bringing youth to the programs!)

We will be requesting each parent with a child or teen involved in our program to make a commitment to help volunteer in some capacity with our faith formation program.  Whether that's volunteering as an assistant in a Sunday School classroom or chaperoning an event or signing up to bring a few meals for a youth event, everyone will be requested to help in some capacity.
