2024 Young Citizen Award: Nomination Form
This award is designed to recognize an outstanding young professional, aged 35 and under, who has worked through participation, volunteerism and charity to contribute to the betterment of the commercial real estate community and society as a whole. Specific considerations for this award are the nominee’s:

- Reputation and integrity of character in the commercial real estate industry

- Involvement in the commercial real estate industry organizations

- Charitable work in the community

You may nominate multiple individuals for the award.  Self-nominations will not be considered.

Eligibility and Expectations
  • Nominees cannot be a past recipient of the award
  • Nominees must be aged 35 or younger during the calendar year of the award
  • Nominees must be a current NTCAR member.
  • Nominees must have an active Texas real estate license
  • The Young Citizen Award recipient will be announced at the Stemmons Service Award event in early 2025.
