大学院紀要投稿者は、「東洋大学研究倫理規程」、「東洋大学大学院紀要関係諸規程」を必ず熟読してください。この確認フォームは、貴殿の研究成果の公表として執筆した投稿論文が「東洋大学研究倫理規程」、「東洋大学大学院紀要関係諸規程」を遵守していることを投稿者自身で確認するために提出していただきます。「東洋大学研究倫理規程」、「東洋大学大学院紀要関係諸規程」を参照のうえ、本書の各設問を確認し、条件を満たしているものに✔をしてください。

※共著の場合は、第１著者が記入してください。貴殿の研究上、該当しない部分についてはその他を選択し、理由を明記してください。

As an applicant for the publication of a paper in the Graduate School Bulletin, you must thoroughly read the Toyo University Research Code of Ethics and the Toyo University’s Regulations on the Graduate School Bulletin.

You are required to fill in and submit this checklist to confirm for yourself that the academic paper you wrote for publishing your research results complies with the Toyo University Research Code of Ethics and the Toyo University’s Regulations on the Graduate School Bulletin. Referring to the Toyo University Research Code of Ethics and the Toyo University’s Regulations on the Graduate School Bulletin, read the statements given in this form and put a check (✔) in the checkbox for each of the statements with which you agree.

（研究活動における不正行為の防止／Preventing unfair practices in research activities） *

研究活動において、捏造、改ざん、盗用などの不正行為を行わないこと及び加担しないことと共に、研究及び調査データの適切な取り扱いを徹底し、不正行為等の発生を未然に防止するよう研究環境の整備に努めている。＜参照：第８条＞I endeavor to avoid implementing or being involved in unfair practices, including fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism, and to appropriately handle research and survey data, in order to establish a sound research environment that helps prevent unfair practices and the like. <Refer to Article 8.>

科学的かつ一般的に妥当な方法及び手段により、研究のための資料、情報、データ等を収集している。＜参照：第11条１＞ I collect sources, information, data, etc. for research using scientifically and generally appropriate methods and means. <Refer to Article 11, 1.>

研究のために資料、情報、データ等を収集する場合は、その目的に適う必要な範囲において収集している。＜参照：第11条２＞When collecting sources, information, data, etc. for research, I do so within the scope of necessity that serves the stated purpose. <Refer to Article 11, 2.>

人の行動、環境、心身等に関する個人情報、データ等の提供を受けて研究を行う場合は、提供者に対してその目的、収集方法等について分かりやすく説明し、提供者の明確な同意を得ている。＜参照：第12条１＞When using personal information, data, etc. received from individual informants to conduct research on human behavior, environments, psychological and physical characteristics, etc., I clearly inform the informants of the objectives of the research, methods of collecting information, and other necessary matters, and obtain their explicit consent. <Refer to Article 12, 1.>

（研究倫理の遵守／ Observing research ethics ）

投稿する論文は、すでに公開された論文に一部のデータや事例を加えただけ、あるいは一部を改変しただけの修正ではない。The paper that I am submitting is original and has not been previously published in full or in part.

投稿する論文は、研究活動における不正行為を行わず、適正に執筆している。また、大学が不正判定支援ソフト等を使用して、盗用等の不正行為が無いことの確認を行うことを承知している。I am submitting a paper I appropriately wrote without implementing unfair practices in research activities. In addition, I understand that the University will use support software for detecting unfair paper writing practices and other means, to confirm that the paper does not include plagiarism or involve other unfair practices.

研究倫理上、投稿した論文が不適切であることが判明した場合は、過去に遡って掲載を取り消されることを承知している。I understand that if the paper that I have submitted proves inappropriate in terms of research ethics, its publication will be cancelled retroactively.
