Setup time is available on Friday 12pm - 6pm and Saturday at 8:00am. Vendors can begin breaking down at 3pm.
• 8ft table and 2 chairs are provided for you. Spaces will be marked.
• Grids, racks, and other displays must be freestanding. You cannot affix anything to the walls. Tents and tent frames are not allowed at this venue.
• No illegal material, pornographic material, or sexual paraphernalia above an R rating may be on display.
• No real weapons allowed.
ACYS and CCS Cosplay Yard Sale public hours are 10am-3pm
Charlie's Collectible Show closes at 6pm. If vendors want to remain open until closing, they are welcomed to, but the official cosplay yard sale hours close at 3pm.

• ACYS and CCS are not liable for any lost or stolen inventory.
• You will receive an email with payment information once you are an approved vendor.
• Payment is due by May 1, 2024. No refunds will be given for vendor cancellation after May 10, 2024. If
ACYS and/or CCS should happen to cancel the event, you will be issued a refund.
• Payment of the space is the only way your spot is reserved.
• To abide by the rules and regulations of Dekalb County.
