There are countless ways that FSPS employees contribute to the FSPS Culture of Excellence and Student Success. The FSPS Foundation sponsors three quarterly awards for educators and district employees to celebrate people who are outstanding models of leadership, kindness and respect. Nominations for these awards are accepted until the last school day of each quarter.
Tentative Nomination Deadline for 2023-2024:
1st Quarter - October 23, 2023
2nd Quarter - January 7, 2024
3rd Quarter - March 8, 2024
4th Quarter - May 1, 2023

• Ignite Award (Employed by FSPS 5 years or less)
The Ignite Award recognizes a new employee's energy and willingness to serve up a great education for students as they demonstrate commitment to students, professional learning and leadership development.
Section 4
• Kind Counts (All FSPS Employees)
Kind Counts honors individuals who model and spread unconditional and selfless kindness and respect among the school community, and who build meaningful and productive relationships with students and colleagues.
Section 5
• Every Day Leader Award (All FSPS Employees)
The Every Day Leader Award celebrates the hard work of great employees who are contributing to Student Success in unique and exceptional ways.
