The purpose of Form C is to collect contact information for each Member Club. Please be sure the information you enter is accurate and complete, because the 7th VP compiles it into our Federation Directory, and this is how potential club members, Federation Officers and TAMU staff will contact the club.
The deadline for submitting Form C is May 31st.
The 'Email address' (first question) will receive a post-submission email with submitted responses for your Club files. Please do NOT use a personal email if you have a Club email.
