Dear Meridian Parents/Guardians:

Picture Proofs from Fall Picture Day are being sent home with your student this week!  These are the head and shot photos that will be used in the Meridian yearbook, THE WORLD.  

If you are not satisfied with your child's yearbook image that was taken on our Fall Picture Day on Monday, September 20th, your child may do a "retake" on the morning of Monday, November 1st ... IF you do the following:

Step 1) Complete and submit this Google Form by ***October 31st***!  This is the most important step!

Step 2) IF YOU PURCHASED A PICTURE PACKAGE: If you purchased a picture package, return it to the school office (primary, middle, or high school office) by Friday, October 29th with the word "RETAKE" written on the envelope in LARGE LETTERS.  Portrait packages can get lost or forgotten in backpacks if returned at the last minute so please send it back asap.  Your student may also bring this package directly to the camera, but make sure to complete step #1 above.

Step 3) IF YOU DID *NOT* PURCHASE A PICTURE PACKAGE: You may request a retake even if you did NOT purchase a picture package (we want you to be happy with your child's yearbook photo!).  Please retake ONLY if the original photo was truly not a good one because the retake IS the photo that will be used in the yearbook.  If you still have it, please send the picture PROOF back to the school office asap with the word "RETAKE" written on the envelope --or have your student bring it to the camera on retake day.

NOTE: You do NOT need to complete this form if your child was *absent* or *not yet enrolled* when pictures were taken on September 20th (we will automatically pull your student to be photographed), but you are welcome to fill out the form anyway if you like. :)

UNIFORM REQUIRED!  Please make sure your child wears an approved uniform top for picture day.
