2020 Longfellow Family Talent Show Sign Up Form
YES!  It is TALENT SHOW TIME!!!!!!!!!!

The Longfellow Family Talent Show is a fun night where students can share their talents with friends and family! Everyone who wants to participate gets to be in the show.

This year, the show is on the Friday after Spring Break: March 27th

This year, we are seeking stagehands (4th-6th grade), as well as Emcees (6th grade only) for the show.  Emcees should not sign up here, but rather let their teacher or Principal Webb know of their interest.
 
Stagehands will help with curtain raising, the lights, sound system, moving props, and supporting the performers and directors.  Stagehands should sign up below.

EMCEES will work with a parent volunteer to prepare beforehand - main duties will be to engage with the audience and announce the acts during the show.

PERFORMERS:
Acts must be 2 minutes or less.

For those wanting to sing a song:

No lip syncing or singing along with tracks containing vocals. Karaoke versions of most songs are available on YouTube.

Group Acts:  Only one form submission needed.  Please have all of the names of participants and chose 1 or 2 parents to include here for contact info.  That parent will be in charge of communicating to other parents involved about rehearsals, etc.

After signing up here, all performers must attend one of the "Show Your Piece" dates. These are held during the school day over recess time.  See the dates below.  The pieces do not have to be super polished at this showing, but rather well enough established to get a rough idea of content, etc;)

There is also a REQUIRED rehearsal/sound check for EVERYONE involved on the day before the show, after school.

*Students must attend one of these days to show their talent prior to the rehearsal and show participation.

Thursday, March 26th, 2:00 pm: Longfellow gym, all performers and stagehands
