Developing Women's Rugby Coaches Weekend
Northland Rugby are committed to building better coaches in the community so as to provide the best experience for the players in Northland. The Women's Rugby Coaches Weekend is targeting all coaches that will be in charge of Women's & Girls teams across the region in 2020 and beyond.

Two pathways will be presented over the weekend:
- World Rugby Level 2: A full accredited course that will provide an internationally recognised certification

- Practical Foundation: A course that is based purely on games and drills to help you coach the skills of the game
