Health & Safety *
We are committed to health and safety and will be following COVID-19 protocols. All participants will be required to self-screen daily, wear a mask, and maintain physical distancing. If you have had close contact, tested positive, or been instructed to quarantine - please notify us immediately at bowmentheatre@gmail.com
School Fee *
I will pay the $75 school fee online or at the Front Office. This fee includes a show T-shirt for the student to keep and helps cover the expenses of the production. Please contact the Director if financial assistance is needed.
Company Rules
1. ATTENDANCE: Student will only be excused from the rehearsals as noted on this form. Student will stay to the end of the scheduled rehearsal time and abide by call times for tech rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and productions. Students must be in school the entire day in order to participate in that day’s rehearsal or performance. Doctor/dentist appointments may be excused at the attendance window with a note from the doctor.
2. GRADES/CAREER CREDIT: Students must possess at least a 2.0 GPA at the end of each grading period and at progress report time. Students must also be current on their Career Credit and passing Advisory.
3. FEES: A production fee of $75 is payable to SHS. This fee includes a show T-shirt for the student and helps cover the expenses of the production. The production fee must be paid in order for student to be able to perform. In addition, all school fines and fees must be paid. Scripts will belong to the student. If the student’s script is lost or damaged, there will be a replacement fee of $10. Script fee is non-refundable.
4. BE PREPARED/ACCEPT DIRECTION: Student will be at rehearsal/performances on time and prepared and will meet the director’s expectations for memorization on dates specified. Student will follow directions given by the director, stage manager, and producer during all rehearsals, technical work sessions, and productions.
5. BEHAVIOR: Students will be kind and respectful at all times. Students will not take photos or post anything without the participant's permission.
6. PHOTOS/VIDEOS: Students consent that their photo or video may be taken by Sherwood High School and authorized representatives and used for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.

Audition Video
Send a one-minute video recording of a memorized Broadway-style song to bowmentheatre@gmail.com with the subject line “FIRST & LAST NAME Audition”.
• Please record in a location that is free of distractions and is well lit.
• Please stand and perform the song with energy.
• Video can be horizontal or vertical orientation and should show your full body.
• Introduce yourself by saying (1) Your first & last name, (2) what grade you are in, (3) the name of your song.
• The song must be with a background accompaniment track (karaoke-style).
