This form used to start with "YOU ARE INVITED" and while we can longer invite you to our awareness and support events, as they have been cancelled due to the ongoing world-wide pandemic, we still want you to hear "YOU ARE INVITED!"  You are invited into the blessing of reaching others for Christ through your support of Heart Shot Ministry.  You are invited to partner with us to reach our goals, even though "our" plans for reaching those goals have been altered.  We had a vision on how this Capital Campaign would proceed, but as it is with everything, "the Lord establishes our steps." (Proverbs 16:9).

So this form now serves as a Pledge Form.  If you would please consider a pledge to our campaign, please fill that out this form accordingly.  Your payment options are listed below and will also be listed once you submit this form.  

Here is a brief description of the campaign:

We are launching a Capital Campaign to purchase the outdoor property known as Base Camp.  We have been blessed to rent/use this property for the past 4 years, and the time has come to purchase it outright.  The property is 31 acres with 2 dwellings and 3 out buildings and consists of mainly timber, where we host outdoor archery programs.  We use Base Camp to bless our patrons with outdoor experiences, while also raising funds to help offset the general operating expenses of Heart Shot Ministry, Inc.  Our goal for the campaign is $300,000, which will purchase 20 acres and 1 dwelling outright, provide down payment for the other 11 acres with the remaining buildings, and purchase the equipment needed for long term care of the property.  Checks can be made out to Heart Shot Ministry and mailed to 27580 95th Ave, Donahue, IA, 52746.  Online donation options can be found at www.heartshot.org/campaign.
