，拓展在臺留學之外籍學生與本國籍學生對於環境保護之理念，進一步瞭解臺灣現行推動土水政策與發展技術，深化臺灣與東協國家環境夥伴合作網絡關係，達到共同培育我國與東協國家土水人才之目標。
I.Purpose
Through “Soil and Groundwater Investigation and Remediation Research Competition”, we hope that we can enlighten international students (primarily from ASEAN countries, but not limited to them) and native students on concepts of environmental protection. The purpose is to encourage actions for soil and groundwater protection. We expect that through this competition, participants will contribute to the goal of sustainable development and the cultivation of talent for native and ASEAN countries.
二、參與對象與資格
(一)報名或參賽時須具有我國公私立大專校院外籍研究生或本國籍研究生（包含碩士班與博士班）資格。
(二)參賽者須「共同組隊」報名，至多5名，參賽隊伍中須包含以下成員：至少半數以上成員須為外籍研究生，本國籍研究生至多2名，並可
跨校或
跨科系組隊，自行推舉隊長1人，並代表填寫報名資料，每人限參加乙隊。
II. Participants
A.When registering for or participating in the competition, you must hold the qualifications of international graduate students or native graduate students (including master and doctoral students) from public and private colleges and universities in Taiwan.
B.Participants must form a “joint team” to register. Each team must include the following members: At least half of the members must be international graduate students, with a maximum of two native graduate students. Teams can be formed across schools or departments and they must elect one leader to sign up. Each individual is limited to participating in only one team.
