Senior Awards Night Volunteers - Thurs, June 2, 7:30-9:30p
Senior Awards Night is one of those "pay it forward" events! Volunteers, preferably freshmen, sophomore, and junior parents/guardians, are needed at WHS, Thursday, June 2, after the Senior Awards Ceremony concludes, to help in the office with Commencement ticket sales and with cap/gown and yearbook distribution for the Class of 2022.

*Volunteers must be vaccinated and are needed to be at the WHS Main Office by 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 2 to be trained. (If not signed up to be a volunteer already, information on becoming a volunteer and submitting vaccination information can be found here https://www.nsd.org/get-involved/volunteer/become-a-volunteer)
*The ceremony usually ends between 8-8:15 p.m. and volunteers are usually done by 9:30 p.m.
*Typically, junior, sophomore, and freshman parents/guardians volunteer so senior parents/guardians can enjoy the event.
*This year, due to COVID-19, seniors have been asked to restrict their guests that attend Senior Awards Night to immediate family members, ONLY. (Masking for seniors and their guests is recommended as audience members will be in close proximity to each other.)
*Let Denise Schwans at dschwans@nsd.org know if you have questions.
