For our private school students currently riding Southwest Licking school district buses, we need to know how to include your child for transportation for next school year. Please complete the following form. Each child must have their own form completed. For those students moving to high school, please let us know which high school you will be attending and if you desire transportation to that location. If we do not receive your completed form, we will assume your child does not need transportation next school year.  

Also, it will be helpful for you to become familiar with school bus transportation procedures.  Students who are eligible to ride a bus must have the same pickup point each day and the same drop-off point each school day. However, the morning pickup location may be different from the afternoon drop-off location.  If a temporary change (one day) is needed, the parent is responsible for meeting the child at school or at the normal bus stop. Please allow two (2) working days for changes to take place. No route changes or adjustments, except for new residents, will be made until two weeks after the first day of school. The Transportation Office telephone number is 740-927-5901 and office hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Summer hours are 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM.  Thank you for helping us as we make the safe transportation of students our highest priority.
