Area Coordinators - please fill out this form in its entirety.  This form should be completed no later than February 1, 2024.  Your Elections Committee should have no less than 7 representatives.  Representative specifications have been outlined below under each question.

The Student Representatives should come from the Area Officer team, unless they are running for State Officer.  Each district should have 1 representative.  Should your area have less than 6 districts, please select 2 students per district.  Highest ranking district officer should be selected to represent a district, should they be needed.

Who is the Industry Representative on the Area Elections Committee?

An Industry Representative shall be an individual who is not an Ag Teacher, and has no family or close personal relationship with any of the candidates or other members of the elections committee.
