Units must be in place by 2:00..no later than 2:15 Grand Marshall will review parade route @2:45. First units will enter parade @spprox 3:00pm We should arrive to prepare by 12:30 Dress, ( red wicking shirts,( or pink) purple jeans/Chaps, red, pink hats, decorate your horse in our colors. Will send directions to Monrovia and staging area closer to date. Will need lead truck/driver and captain? And clean up crew. There will be porta pots in high school and middle school parking lots for your convenience. Formation area for all units will be at the Monrovia high school parking lot off of State Rd 39, entrance #3 Please note, there is only one way into the parking lot. For safety reasons, moving of barricades or gates, will be cause for removal of eligibility to participate in the parade.
