SERVICE CALL POLICY

PREFACE-
Our service call fee is $125 and diagnostic fee is $189. The service call fee consist of dispatch and detail estimate. The undersigned hereby understands this fee must be paid at the finish of gathering information and before estimate is sent. This fee will be deducted from estimate if job is acquired within 30 days.

The undersigned hereby also understands that diagnostic work may be needed to identify electrical issues or problems in your electrical system, if service call permits. The diagnostic fee is a flat fee regardless of how long it takes the electrician to identify the problem(s). If at the end of the diagnostic work, no additional work is needed, you will be charged for diagnostic work performed plus $125 service call fee. If additional work is needed you will be given an estimate for the work we find while on site.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

*** Electrical Safety Reports $300 base
*** Estimates for Detailed Projects $250 base
