This work order is first sent to Ms. Marchiafava in the library. I will visit the room to resolve the issue(s) when time allows.  If I cannot resolve the issue, I will then put in a district tech work order.  You can check with me about an update on your tickets as needed. (Please do not stop a tech person to ask them for help.)
