Emmanuel Greenwood Holiday Market Vendor Application 2022

We are excited to invite you to participate in the Holiday Market at Emmanuel Greenwood  Episcopal Church. This is an annual event, celebrating the work of local artists, food crafters, artisans, authors and musicians and we look forward to supporting your creative efforts!

This one-day event will be on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 10 a.m. to  2 p.m, and will be held outdoors on the church grounds, located at 7599 Rockfish Gap (Route 250) just west of Crozet. In the event of rain, we will reschedule the market for the following week (Saturday, November 12th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. )

Proceeds from the event will fund outreach projects at Emmanuel Episcopal.

Rules and Regulations
Please note, the registration fee does not apply to food trucks or musicians.

A fee of $35 is required for all vendor participants.  Please make checks payable to Emmanuel Episcopal Church and mail to P.O. Box 38, Greenwood, VA 22943. 

To pay the fee online use this link. Vendors paying online will incur an additional $2 processing fee for a total $37 charge.

We request that applications be received no later than OCTOBER 1 in order to be considered.  Please direct all inquiries or requests to events@emmanuelgreenwood.org or by calling 540-456-6334. Office hours are Monday-Friday  9 am - 1 pm.

Vendors should arrive by 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning to set up their spaces. Vendors will be allocated a space of approximately 10 by 10 ft. Tents are encouraged but not required. Vendor parking will be provided and vendors should move all vehicles to the designated parking area no later than 9:30 a.m.

All market customers and vendors will comply with all covid-19 requirements for face masking and social distancing in effect on the date of the event.The collection of sales tax is the responsibility of individual vendors.

Vendors are required to remain and be open for business until the market ends at 2 pm, and will be responsible for cleaning up their individual market space.

Dogs are allowed on the church grounds, but must be kept leashed at all times. Vendors should take this into consideration when preparing their displays.

Licensing and Insurance:  Food vendors (including food trucks) must provide proof of licensing and insurance and follow all Health Department requirements. All Vendors agree to obtain adequate insurance to insure fully against loss or damage to persons or property, including merchandise and/or fixtures. Emmanuel Episcopal is not responsible for the losses of merchandise from any source.
