As per our Pennsylvania State Bylaws:

ARTICLE XIII

REPORTS AND ACCOUNTING

Section 1. All reports and accountings shall be filled in accordance with Articles XIV and XV of the National Constitution. In addition to the reports and accountings required by the National Constitution Pennsylvania County Boards and Divisions will be required to file an annual Missions and Charity Report to maintain good standing.
