We are delighted that you have chosen the Islamic Center of Tri-Cities (ICTC) for the sacred occasion of your Islamic wedding ceremonyf (Nikah). Our dedicated team is honored to assist you in officiating this momentous event.
GUIDELINES:
Please take a moment to fill out this form accurately and completely. The information you provide will be used to facilitate the Islamic wedding ceremony and to create your Marriage Contract and Marriage Certificates.
Before proceeding, we kindly ask you to carefully read and understand the following guidelines:
Accuracy of Information: The parties involved in this Islamic wedding officiation are required to provide accurate data that matches the information in their legal proof of identity. Any discrepancies may result in the refusal of services.
Date and Time Selection: The parties are responsible for deciding the date and time of the Islamic wedding ceremony (Nikah). They may propose a preferred date and time, and the officiation will be scheduled based on the availability of the imam.
Imam's Availability: The scheduling of the officiation is contingent upon the availability of the imam. ICTC will make efforts to accommodate the proposed date and time, but the final scheduling is subject to the Imam's availability.
Right to Refuse Requests: We reserve the right to refuse any request for Islamic wedding officiation without providing specific justifications. This decision may be based on various factors, including but not limited to, non-compliance with policies or scheduling conflicts.
Submission of Valid Photo ID: We will not conduct any marriages without the bride and groom submitting valid photo identification.
Service Charge: There is a service charge associated with the officiation of the Islamic wedding ceremony. Details regarding the service charge can be obtained by contacting ICTC. However, if either party holds an Annual Membership with ICTC, there are no charges for the officiation service.
Notice Requirement: To request Islamic wedding officiation services, a notice of at least 15 days is required. This allows ICTC to adequately prepare and schedule the ceremony.
