Adaptive Pause "Lunch Box" Request

All families are able to request a "lunch box" that will provide enough food for lunches for each student you indicate in this form. Lunches will be available for pick up each week or a bus will drop off at your house if you are a bus route student. Pick up times will be communicated. If you live in Ashton you will pick up your lunches at the JH/HS and if you live in Franklin Grove you will pick up your lunches at the Elementary School. If your lunch supplies will be delivered on a bus, someone will contact you with a time frame it will be delivered. These lunches are available for FREE for all families. If you order a "Lunch Box" for your family you will receive five days worth of lunches for each student in your family AT NO CHARGE.
