To qualify for a 2020 symposium stipend, please complete all sections below. Stipends will be awarded on a first-come-first-serve and are limited in quantity. The stipend amount is a flat amount of $50 to help cover costs of childcare and or mileage. Stipends are only available to parents of children with a disability age birth through 26 and youth self-advocates ages 14-26. One stipend per household will be awarded and parents must have already registered to the event through eventbrite.com. You will receive notification of your stipend approval prior to the symposium date.
