Prior to arriving, please review your registration confirmation sent by our team to confirm the date and location of your selected registered session. Selecting multiple sessions does not guarantee a spot - spaces are limited to 40 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure you are only selecting the session(s) you will be attending.

* Please Note: This is a modified session that adheres to Government of Alberta standards (link below) on outdoor gatherings. Mandated physical distancing in excess of 4.5m (15) feet from participants, with assigned stations are in effect. There will be no equipment used or shared. We please ask that participants respect physical distancing requirements and are welcome to wear, or bring your own mask for the session. Hand sanitizer is provided. Masks are not mandatory. Please bring a water bottle, and come dressed in appropriate attire.
