Bear Cub Mandarin Music Specialist and Educator Ms. Ivy presents a six-week weekend music course combining the Dalcroze Method with singing. This Mandarin immersion class is designed to introduce children to the beauty of music. Dalcroze is one of the three main music teaching methods developed on the philosophy that in addition to intellectual and academic training, children's education should pay equal attention to the development of both body and mind. The method includes solfège, eurhythmics, and piano improvisation allowing children to cultivate their concentration, aural discernment, and strengths of all memories.
