For the Parents of Prospective Oaks:  Please be sure to go ahead and register for the Oaks program before having your student complete this application.  In the event your students application is not accepted you'll have the option of having them join the Saplings, another program day, or receive a full refund.

For the Student Applicant:  The Wednesday Heartwood Oaks program is a next-level challenge designed for students who are eager to join a group of enthusiastic peers in deeper connection with each other and the wilds.  This application should be completed by the student who wishes to join the Oaks.  Please fill-out this brief application and we’ll be in touch after our instructors have reviewed it.  In the event that your application is not accepted, efforts will be made to offer explanation and suggestions for growth in relevant areas that would ultimately lead to admittance into the Oaks.
