Transfer Service
To transfer service, complete and submit this form.  The following service fee schedule will apply:

Residential Owner: $35 Water & $50 Gas
Residential Renter: $35 Water & $50 Gas and $75 Gas deposit
Commercial: $35 Water & $75 Gas and Gas deposit based on previous 12 month usage

The service connection fees for residential will appear on your first service bill. The service connection fees for commercial must be paid in advance of service transfer.

Please do not submit an online service application more than fourteen (14) calendar days in advance because the request will be voided. Please submit closer to your needed date. We require a minimum of three (3) business days to process and complete your request. If your request needs to be completed sooner than the three (3) day minimum, please call 615-355-5740 and speak to a customer service representative.
