PSAT 10 & SAT School Day Early Dismissal Form: April 17th, 2024

After the PSAT 10 & SAT are finished, 10th and 11th grade students who took the test are welcome to return to class, but we understand that you may want to leave school once the test is complete.

If you and your family would like for you to be dismissed from school after the PSAT is finished, please fill out this form and submit it no later than 3 pm on Monday, April 15th.  If you do NOT submit this form and you leave after the PSAT/SAT, it will NOT be considered an excused absence.

If you intend to leave early, please make sure that you pre-arrange your ride home because there will not be a dedicated bus running to take testing students home after the PSAT/SAT and you are not allowed access to your cell phone at any point during the test.

Additionally, once you complete and submit this form you do NOT need to stop by the main office before you are dismissed - you can leave directly from the test.

Please note: if you are not interested in leaving early after the PSAT, you do not need to complete this form.

PLEASE SELECT "YES" TO CONFIRM YOU AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT:

I would like to be dismissed early once the PSAT 10/SAT is over and have it coded as an excused absence.  By submitting this form by Monday 4/15, I know that I do not need to stop at the Main Office - I may leave directly from my testing room.

I acknowledge that, while this is an excused absence, I am responsible for any work I miss in my 1B or 2B class.

I acknowledge that I must pre-arrange my own transportation home after the completion of the test, since I know that I am NOT allowed to access my cell phone during the PSAT as it is a testing violation and could lead to the invalidation of my test.
