Car Show Info 2024

Check in: HS / MS Attendance Office

Show: Field by HS Tech Lab, after check we will all drive to location together.

The Agenda:

10:00-10:30 Sign In – Guests meet in the staff parking lot next to the attendance office. All guests must sign in at the attendance office with a valid NYS I.D. during this time.

10:40 Car Show Begins, Voting begins for 3 categories. To vote: Scan the QR code located on each vehicle and complete Google voting form.

12:30 Winners Announced! Trophies Awarded!

12:50 Car Show Ends

The Details:

Who can come as a spectator? Any student that attends the Chenango Forks School District may come as a spectator during lunch to enjoy the show.

Who can bring a vehicle? Anybody from the community who would like to come support the car show is welcome. Students may also bring vehicles.

ALL NON-STUDENT GUESTS MUST BRING A VALID NYS ID!

How do potential guests sign up to come and show their vehicle? Complete Google Form linked in show flyer or email Mr. Niemiec niemieca@cforks.org for a copy of the link.

What types of vehicles can come? All vehicles are welcome. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, minibikes, go karts, specialized commercial vehicles, race cars, etc. If you are unsure, please contact me.

How will I know if the show is canceled for rain? There will be a banner across the top of the cforks.org school website.
