The registration fee to confirm your place also allows us to book all the accommodation in advance.

This fee guarantees that we will keep a space for you. Therefore, in case of making the reservation and then having to cancel, we will refund the total amount (minus 10% towards administration fees) before the 1st of September, after this date we will only be able to return 50% of your payment.
