Venue Manager
This VIP(!) will probably have some preliminary work to do before the match day to familiarise themselves with the new formats.  On the day is responsible for the smooth running of the event and the co-ordination of the volunteers. Will be supported by InterPro and Leinster Officials
Pitch Manager
Will be ensuring everything running smoothly on each pitch for each match (there should be technical officials in place so mainly  making sure all is ok around the pitch set up and the spectator sides)
Car Parking / Traffic Monitoring
Social Media / Reporting
It would be great to have one person per match keeping track of scores, ensuring a quarter by quarter status is available and then writing up a ‘neutral’ match report after the event.
