Abilities Tuition Agreement
All families attending Abilities Center Saratoga agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.
  • Tuition rates are calculated on a 10 month basis.
  • Tuition is payable in full or in 10 monthly installments.
  • We offer prorated tuition rates.
  • Tuition must be paid on or before the first day of the month beginning August 1st. One reminder will be sent and then a $10 late fee will be assessed.
  • There is a $75 non-refundable program registration fee.
  • An additional $75 deposit is due upon registration and is from the last tuition payment. This deposit is non-refundable after March 31, 2023.
  • All fees and payments are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  • All checks presented must be able to be cashed immediately. A fee will be charged for any bounced/insufficient payments.
  • Payments may be made by check or by automatic withdrawal.
  • Monthly statements can be provided upon request.
  • Tuition payments remain the same each month even if your child is out due to illness, family vacations, delayed openings, holidays, inclement weather days, and school breaks, or mandated closure with online format.
  • To withdraw from a program, a Notice of Withdrawal Form must be completed and returned before the payment is due. For example, leaving in November, please notify the office before payment is due Oct. 1st.
