メールを受信後に，記載のメールアドレスへ，申請方法を記載したメールを送信しますので，黒ボールペンで学生本人が自筆で記入して申請を行って下さい。現段階では申請手続きは完了していません。
After receiving your e-mail, an e-mail with the application method will be sent to the e-mail address("メールアドレス") indicated, so please fill in the application forms with a black ballpoint pen by yourself.The application procedure has not been completed at this stage.

エントリーのうえ申請が受け付けられた方については選考結果の公表まで授業料の徴収を行いませんが，エントリー後申請書類を提出しなかった方については，4月23日に授業料の徴収を行いますので，ご了承のうえエントリーをお願いします。
